I have replaced the 'A' posts and now wish to refit the door check straps. Could someone please send me the precise measurement of the attachment of the strap to the post. I am happy with the height of the strap because the door dictates this but unsure exactly where it should be fixed onto the pillar. Does it fit exactly into the centre of the pillar or is it offset at all either way. Thanks in anticipation.

I concur with that position, my SII is the same. Just slightly over the panel join line.

The shell is a late split screen shell, that’s all original so perfect for reference, it’s my ""one day build"", still got my traveller to build first, but finding time for my own projects is always hard as customers come first.
