Hi All,
I am building a traveller for my wife I've stripped the shell and replace all the panels that have been repaired with little patches. ( and believe me there was loads) the boot floor has been repaired around the fuel tank area and could do with been replaced.
The problem is I cannot find a complete boot floor panel...... Does anyone know if one is available and where I can get one???

Thanks

Hi and welcome to the messageboard Pete :D

This is the only panel available for the back anything further towards the tank than that would have to be cut from a scrapper or fabricated to suit.

You should start a restoration thread! There are some very inspiring ones there already that should give you encouragement.

I had started one last year... But time and money put a stop to proceedings. I am just finishing a metro turbo Mini Cooper s lookalike for the Italian Job charity rally in October and promised the wife I would get back on with the traveller.

I have carried out most of the body resto already but after it had been media blasted I have decided the boot floor needs replacing.......along with the rear chassis around the spring hangers..... I'll keep an eye out on ebay for a scrapper...
