The original clock in the glove compartment cover was not wired up. Could someone please advise me how to wire it up. It is a positive earth does it need only one wire to it I.e. The wire showing 12 Walt doc to the connection that is perpendicular on the back of the clock. I am bit of a newbie to this so please help.

Re: Clock on 52 mm series
I would email Ray, I am sure that he would be delighted to know who has his old car. I have the quartz version of the clock, I just change the batteries occasionally.
Can you show a photo of the back of the clock?

When I connected the wire with the 12 Volts to the terminal and the other wire to a screw at the back the clock started working. When I closed the glove compartment it shorted out?bmcecosse wrote:I'm guessing it's not wired up because it doesn't work........
