Timing Question
A 1000 Minor Problems

Re: Timing Question
Don't worry about dwell angle - just set 15 thou gap. For timing - swing the dizzy back and forth slowly to find the best idle position - and then road test to check there is NO pinking. You can then try a little more advance - until you do hear some pinking - and then take it back slightly so it's 'not quite' pinking. Check the vacuum advance is working - by sucking the pipe and watching the base plate move.
