How to fit poly bushes in to rear spring.

Post by martinformorris »

Hi I am trying to fit poly bushs intothe rear spring where it goes in the the front spring hanger on the body of the car and I just can not get then to go in. Can some one tell me an easy way to get them to fit. I had only put rubber bushs in 8 months ago and when I checked them them were already on the way out.
Thanks

Hi,
I don't recall any problems fitting mine.
Can you post up some pictures of the problem area.
Best wishes,
Mike.

I sprayed the bushes with silicon grease and they just slipped into the spring.
Like this, hope it helps:
