Changed brake shoes - some oil came out

I changed the rear brake shoes, while I was wrestling with the spring some oil kind of just splodged out of the hub... There didn't seem to be any oil in that area but afterwards I noticed there has been a bit of a leak.

I'm worried because its pretty much going to leak into the brake drum! Is this normal or do you think I have broken the seal in the hub?

Also, any tips for getting the countersunk screw of the hub out? Its just one of those toffee metal ones that disintegrates when you try to use a screwdriver...

Just wipe it up. Impact driver is the real answer for these screws if being difficult.

The countersunk screw is damaged because it has been used to tighten the drum when it is a retaining screw. The drum should be fitted and tightened using the wheel nuts, then the screw is fitted and the wheel nuts removed. That way the screw will not be damaged
