aluminum thermostat hosing for a sidevalve later head

Post by pgc520 »

Does anyone have a photo of the Ali housing on the sidevalve engine, or better still one I could borrow to get some recast as they seem to be very hard to find. Thanks Andrew

Should be M6 fine, same thread as the water pump/blanking plate, bottom hose/tap, and manifold. The heads shoud be 1/4 whit. but you may have to use whatever you can get. You may have to shorten the bolts or pack them with washers

ESM have these. I have just purchased one for a friend.

I think it was about 16.95 UK Pounds.
