Probably the bushes in the rear springs need replacing - I'd recommend using 'poly' bushes as they last much longer.
Also worth checking the U-bolts are secure as well.
You could try looking underneath when it's parked (with the handbrake on) and get someone to try pushing the back of the body around to see where the slack is, but I'd guess it's the springs' bushes.
