Its time to replace the timing chain...
Is it worth changing the sprockets etc etc to fit a duplex kit?
Or is the single one fine?????

If you are going to work on that area anyway it would be foolish not to
fit duplex while you are at it. The complete kit is quite cheap and the
only thing which seems to put some people off is the fact that the two
lower bolts have to be removed and replaced with countersunk screws.
This shouldn't be a problem to you.
