Aah, yes. I have a chromed one....

Does that one have high cut rears? I'm not sure when they were phased out off the top of my head

I'm pretty sure mine doesn't! Must have been replaced at some point.

As of about 10 minutes ago, I Now have my welder back, so will be able to start to make some inroads into the car in the near future!! :D

OH! well fine! I am almost certain you will be able to make a better looking version! the inside of mine is a right hash up! remember though...an A35 sidelight lens and chrome ring fit on perfectly!

Aah, thought that might have been the case. Didn't want to say incase it was wrong! I don't seem to be able to escape Adderly park bits... 8)

-I'm really chuffed with the car BTW - Thanks!

Dan, I think appearance wise you have the correct diff fitted. The early series II, like mine has the Morris diff which is more square in the centre.

Thank you VERY VERY much for that Josh! That might help to explain why it was registered in 57!

I knew the code meant something, just not how to decode it! Any idea what blue it would have been anyone?

Yes my other basket case moggy is allegedly smoke blue according to the can of paint with drips down the side that match the bodywork that I found in the boot so here is a pic looks grey to me
Image
Thanks for that. I'll have to have a think. I have a feeling that I'm going to have to respray anyway but I kinda prefer the white....
