Be sensible - put grease in the rack - all the later racks of exactly the same design specify grease - because it doesn't just run away and pool in the gaiters......

any 20/50 with a rating written on the can is fine ,at the end of the day its up to personal choice,there is no right or wrong .we are still a free country as far as i know .
