pop down your local newsagent - they're usually favourite for a free local college prospectus. Unless of course, the local college is closer!

I Must admit thats how I started 18 Years ago.
Both Me and my dad went and learned loads .It kept my Triumph Herald going longer than I would have on my own.

Most local colleges do good evening courses, or you can do what I did as a student and ask the breakdown man just what he's doing

Back in my fathers younger days (Just after the invention of the wheel) he used to restore minis to substitute his income. So he comes in handy when something car related goes wrong. On a side note if anybody is interested in hiring a Linux web admin then he is looking for a job atm.
