From what I can remember it has a second hose bent through 90 degrees that feeds from the original grille hole. Just a booster but I should think it makes a difference. Can be made from a pre 1970-ish Sprite blower.
I'll try to find the part numbers to see what else would be needed.

I understand that the Citroen Dyane (similar engine to the 2CV) takes its air from the engine air coolant fan chamber and in some quarters is therefore considered to be supercharged.

May also have the carb heaters and the remote brake reservoir for Sweden?
Right hand side, two thirds of the way up the picture, above the wiper motor, the reservoir is almost out of the picture (if this is it?).
