1275 crank has 6 bolt holes and the 1098 has 4.

You can see how it's been modified from 4 to 6 holes quite clearly in that picture.

The phosphor-bronze bush comes with the steel housing and presses into the centre of the flywheel.

In my case i used the 1098cc flywheel instead of the midget one as its smaller and the clutch can be very snatchy in a Moggie so a larger Minor clutch is preferable, its also worthwile replacing the bush as they are very often worn and should be replaced whenever a clutch is replaced if there is any play as a worn one will put extra forces on the gearbox and the bushes are only a couple of quid.
Cam I assume looking at your picture you used locktight on the flywheel bolts instead of a tab washer the same as I did.
