Bore size
I took the head off my 1098cc engine today to see if the block had been rebored. I expected to see std, +10, +20 etc stamped on the piston crown. However it has nothing like this which would indicate if the engine had been rebored. Has anybody any ideas? I'll attach a pic of the piston crown.[frame]

Re: Bore size
I would take it as standard, to double check you would have to measure the bore with an internal micrometer.

Agree with the above.
See Minor wksp manual section AAA4 for details.
The number 3 stamped on the piston is the grading number as pistons are graded as to their fit in the bore.

Many thanks for your replies. I had guessed that in the absence of any marking it was probably standard. But it was only a guess. Now I know for sure. Cheers.
