The wing is just hanging on two bolts in those pics as we ran out of table space.
I've been wound up more than a few times by repro parts though, it's starting to become a bit of a joke.
First off was the previously mentioned wiring loom, with bulbholders that won't take bulbs, then you realise that despite buying a complete harness, it doesn't come with the headlight looms. Next was a miss-machined trunnion pin, the first one that was sent as part of a trunnion kit was about 2mm too short shoulder to shoulder:

The replacement was the right size, but the thrust washers wouldn't fit as the shank below the threads wasn't turned down enough. Next was the fuel tank, it was only after rubbing it down, stoneguarding and painting that we removed the tape over the sender hole and shone a torch inside; Nice.

The newest one has been a tilt hook for the side panel, for some reason one was missing when the van was found, we had forgotten we needed one, and now of course we need one in a hurry, so again I ordered a repro. What a joke, formed out of a plain piece of straight stock, it's too narrow, by about 4mm, and looks nothing at all like the original being of rectangular cross section, whereas the original is arched in section. If it were wide enough I could spend some time chamfering the edges, but as it's so narrow it would still look wrong.
Why oh why bother making stuff that just isn't right?
Tomorrow should see the buck and cab back fitted for the last time, if some seals arrive, I boobed and ordered a van set as opposed to a pick up set, so am missing the T section to go over the cab roof, and don't have enough of the L section to go inside and outside of the buck. Oh well it will get there in the end.
A few things I need just in case anyone reading can help;
9x wheelnuts. We always had one missing, somehow we've lost another eight.
OS hockey stick moulding for the front grill.
A decent original type horn. Must be original type, must work, ours doesn't.
The aforementioned tilt hook for the side of the buck.
I think that's it.
Cheers for reading.
