U lucky lad, used to have a standard (L I think) one and it was fun. Paid 50 quid for it and ran it till the MOT ran out then had a suprise as it only needed 2 bulbs and new shoes on the back to get another one

Sold it on to a mate when I got my BSA A10 back on the road and he shoehorned a Ford GT 2 litre in to it (cortina I think) then wrote it off on the A47 on the way to work in Yarmouth one morning when a woman pulled out in front of him. Put it in a ditch lost conciousness and was woken up by muddy water entering his mouth eeeeek. Luckily the bonnet was so badly damaged it couldn't be opened so the insurance didn't spot the engine change which he of course had not told them about  oh to be young and stupid again, well not that young we were in our earl thirties then

I intend to live forever.....so far so good

Well done indeed - take good care of it! Just watching similar cars on 1984 RAC - on Motors TV. Excellent!
