Hi, Got a mechanic coming to fit all my seatbelts tomo, but also need a new solenoid fitting, which arrived in the post today.
Any ideas of how long it should take him to fit one just so I know he's not trying to con me!?
Thanks
Solenoid change....

Re: Solenoid change....
You have to allow time for the mechanic to finish his cup of tea and then spend 15 minutes digging through his tool box for a non existant 1/4 whit spanner.

Re: Solenoid change....
It should be very quick to change a solenoid, as I removed the solenoid from my 4-door fairly quickly. However, one screw was siezed on my Travellers solenoid which meant the use of an impact screwdriver and a hammer to loosen it.
