Just so you know the state of the cars in question.

Although the Alpha is an excellent car - you are far away from the already limited spares supply! The Maser would be just impossible.

Well, it's decided! I'm going for the TR3. It's the best deal, I think, as everything to complete it comes with it (though not all of it, apparently, is in working order...)
As of tomorrow I shall be the proud possessor of a TR3!
You're right, the Maser is really just too much work, and I checked the spares availability for the Alfa and it's really not that great... I couldn't even find a correct engine, the best I could get was a later generation Spider powerplant from Italian fleabay! So there you are...
And I prefer the TR3 to the MGA, so that's how that came around...
Thanks all for your votes!
See you soon... This weekend is a long one, out come the tools and I'm going to be doing some fixing with the Moggy... (Always first in my heart :D )

Thinking of doing the same cream and red colouring for the TR3 that I have on the Moggy... That would be the absolute complement...
Maybe eventually there'll be a fleet of cream and reds in my drive... That would be nice! You know, Triumph, Moggy, Big Healey, Jag, try and represent all of england's greatest in a patriotic colour scheme  :D
