Just so you know the state of the cars in question.

Well, it's decided! I'm going for the TR3. It's the best deal, I think, as everything to complete it comes with it (though not all of it, apparently, is in working order...)
As of tomorrow I shall be the proud possessor of a TR3!
You're right, the Maser is really just too much work, and I checked the spares availability for the Alfa and it's really not that great... I couldn't even find a correct engine, the best I could get was a later generation Spider powerplant from Italian fleabay! So there you are...
And I prefer the TR3 to the MGA, so that's how that came around...
Thanks all for your votes!
See you soon... This weekend is a long one, out come the tools and I'm going to be doing some fixing with the Moggy... (Always first in my heart

Thinking of doing the same cream and red colouring for the TR3 that I have on the Moggy... That would be the absolute complement...Well done and it will complement your moggie![]()
Maybe eventually there'll be a fleet of cream and reds in my drive... That would be nice! You know, Triumph, Moggy, Big Healey, Jag, try and represent all of england's greatest in a patriotic colour scheme
