We'll the car is home. On closer inspection it looks OK. A few bits of well disguised fibre glass where there should be metal, but nothing too bad.
Am I correct in thinking that this pale blue colour is smoke grey?

I asked the guy today if he would take 600. he said that 750 was his bottom limit. I might bid the 750 but no higher.

I haev to say the rest of the car looks ok and solid. It's just that rear wing bodge I'm concerned about.
Thanks for the help so far.

Cheers chaps, The it looked like it had a bodged repair in the boot to the inner wheel arch. Didn't look to bad though. The vendor is asking 750 for the car so I'm still trying to decide on weather to go for it. My budget is small so selection is limited! If any of yo feel like lloking on e-bay it's...

rear wing repairs

Looking at a minor to buy, and the body in general looks ok. Only thing that I'm worried about is that one of the rear wings had no beading and had filler in the gap where the beading should be. Oviously the wing will have to come off to repair the bodge. I'm expecting that the panel behind with the...

Thanks all. Going to look at a couple of cars today.
One of them is on e-bay, fitted with a webasto roff which I'm not too sure about.
I'll let you know how I get on

Thanks,

I don't suppose any member knows of a decent car for sale around the North East? I've got about a grant to spend.

Seatbelts

Hi all, I'm in the process of looking for a Minor for my everyday car. I currently drive a Triumph TR3a byt it's a little chilly this time of year! My question is, what year did these cars start having seatbelts fitted? And if I buy a car without seatbelts, can they be retro fitted? The TR has no se...
