How do I remove the old-style door draught excluders with the clips?? Do I just kinda pull it off? Or is there a more sophisticated way to remove them??

If it was an Embassy plate, wouldn't it be instead of the ordinary number plates?? Sorry, don't have much knowledge in this area!
