Draught Excluder Removal

How do I remove the old-style door draught excluders with the clips?? Do I just kinda pull it off? Or is there a more sophisticated way to remove them??

Theyre just clips that push in and expand, just give them a good yank and they should come out. If you want to be less severe, use a screw driver in the gap between the door and draught excluder to lever them out
