So do you always fit new shells if you have taken them out? i have a spare crank thats done about 1000 miles since regrind. i take it i need to get new shells for it then?

arr ok :wink: so do i need to runn a wire from the lighting cluster to the body then? or does the black wire do that. think the black wire is earth to the bumper mount already.

i just put the old ones back on because they looked ok. yeah i think did torque them back down but can't be sure. yeah had timing chain off too. its a double chain jobbie

ok is the black wire the earth one? also does it made a difference if its a fiberglass wing?

hi team, had engine off a couple of weeks ago to check the state of the shells. all looked good so painted engine and put back in car. now there's a rattle from somewhere near the timing chain cover from what i can hear but could be behind it. any ideas what i've done wrong or what's happend? also g...

Hi team just put a new wing on rear left side and connected the lights up. now there's a problem. the brake lights work until the head lights are turned on then. when you push brake with lights on it turns all the lights off except a small glow from filament. anyone any ideas why? mot's awaiting on ...

the mogatron's been running fine but i have been keeping the heating on full. could this be affecting it? i'm doing runs of about 30 mins to and from work. i cleaned it all out already. Is there away to improve on crankcase breathing?

Hi team, I've been getting this creamy coloured goo in the rocker cover area, Whats that all about? Does that mean i'm getting water or exhaust gas in my oil or something? Do i need to go see a doctor about the problem?

Can you buy just the lower half of the box plate? there's not much left of the quarter panel between the door and rear wing too, is there likely to be much left underneath? a suppose have to wait and see. I have already done the other side and it wasn't to bad

Hi team, I'm shortly going to replace the sill on one side (for now) on the mogatron and could do with some advice. I'm going to replace inner, outer, and boxing. Do you need a boxing extension on a 2 door,64 saloon? Also is it worth replacing the hole floor or just the edges? The previous owner had...

Hi team, just a quicky. do you need to get a boxing panel extension when replacing the sills on a 64, 2 door saloon? o and any thoughts on who supply's the best quality panels. Any tips wouldn't go amiss too.

hello team, i fitted my new alternator a couple of weeks ago and from brand new its wining like a washing machine. tried changing the fan belt and made no difference. is there a way to oil it up or something on bearings or shall i just try some daz and seeing if my clothes really will be whiter then...
