I went to Tasmania about 5 years ago. stayed in Hobart..had a trip to Launceston to get me Harley t-shirt. ...

Hi, Yes, this is what the bits will be going on. Also agree, that the body is doing very well for its age, but some of the old floor patches leave a lot to be desired. Lots of overlap on the plates, and one area has a panel that just has a few blobs of weld holding it in place, and not very neat.. A...

Switchover date Black/Silver to modern ones

I am lead to believe, that the owner of the vehicle has to say who was driving, if the vehicle was done for speeding.
Otherwise the vehicle owner gets both barrels.
points & fine etc.

Also these days, speed cameras have very good imaging, and can see who was the culprit?

Morris 8 dynamo

Sounds good to me... i'll give him the good news.. He's an ok type a chap, but when it comes to business he will not sink. Bit like a duck. He will also give a good deal in all of his sidelines..hire cars, embroidery, and i don't know what else he's into..... Went to collect some bits from superchar...

Morris 8 dynamo

Hi,
From what he's said, its a high/low charge switch.
He's tried it on high charge, and given it a good long run, but no difference.
Are the dynamo parts, bushes readily available?
Is it an easy diy job to get the dynamo repaired if it is the dynamo?

thanks

mgf wheels

They don't look too bad.
I was hoping to keep the standard wheels, but would need to convert the hubs etc when using marina bits.

Do you use the standard marina wheels nuts?

If they are any more pictures or info, i'd like to know
Thankuou all

MGF wheels ?

I have heard mention the use of MGF wheels, but not yet seen any in use or on a minor. Can the MGF wheels be safely used on 3.75 pcd. MGF are 95.25mm pcd, offset 30-35mm, and centre bore is 56.6mm. Does it have to be the 15inch MGF wheels or can 16inch be used? Is the offset on the MGF wheels ok for...
