Re: Scottish Branch..RALLY at PEEBLES.
Some photos. The weather held up and stayed dry. It was great to see so many cars. I think there were over 50. First photo of the man himself. I have photos of all of the cars and if anyone would like me to send them any please pm me with your email address. :D [frame] http://mmoc.org.uk/mbimage.php...

Re: Chrome/salt
Do you have a link to the stainless bumper bolts on ebay?
The only ones I can find are VW.
Can anyone tell me the size of the metric equivalent of the Moggie bumper botls?

Frozen Door Seals- any tips?
I use my car every day and with the cold weather it is becoming more difficult to get inside it in the morning. The car is not garaged.
Any suggestions as to what to put on the door seals to stop them sticking as much in the cold?
I was going to try WD40 or rubber grease.

Guess what arrived in the post this afternoon? A brand new lamp base direct from the company that manufactures them. It had a note saying that they reckon I have a faulty earth on the car. I phoned Bullmotif to thank them. Well what can I say - chuffed to the guttie with the replacement. A real resu...

Update
I contacted Bullmotif again and they are still waiting on the manufacturer testing the lamp base. I said that I felt it was not fit for purpose, mentioned trading standards, and was told there was nothing they could do until it was returned to them. If it was faulty it would be replaced , if not, re...

Faulty chrome on rear lamp base.
I saved up my hard earned pennies and bought two new (metal) chrome rear lamp bases last year (2yr guarantee on the chrome). Both were fitted in April 08. By November the chrome on one of them was already starting to pit quite a bit. The other one was fine. I contacted the supplier, Bullmotif, and s...

Plusgas suppliers?
I am trying to get my hands on some plusgas. Does anyone know of any stockists? I tried a web search and will need to pay more in postage than the price of the can.
I couldn't find a company link for the manufacturer of plusgas at all. I wanted to to look for local distributors.
Any suggestions?
