Looks like we're searching for a stray earth on the speedo when not in the dash..... By a process of elimination,you only have the B and I wires left ?

Looks like you're just left with the voltage stabiliser, which should need an earth to work? Next B and I ?

I'm currently on a short break in Norfolk having brought our modest 3.2mtr 2 berth caravan here behind my Ford Kuga. The caravan is so light it's like pulling a medium size trailer. On the way here along, twice the same driver pulled the same stupid stunt. Single carriage way A Road. In front of me...

But the crankshaft in a transverse car rotates in the same direction....and the radiator is still relatively in the same position ?
