Vacuum Advance Unit
I have a problem with my hot engine running on when the key is turned off. Other than this the engine performance seems fine. Following what I've read on other posts I went to adjust the knurled screw on the Distributor, but before I did this I did the 'suck' test on the vacuum advance unit. I feel ...

Re: Does anyone know Andrew Waltham please?
There was an Andrew Waltham on the list of attendees at last weeks UK MOT at
Norfolk.
If its the person I'm thinking about he was camping and it was not a good reception
area for some phone signals. Suggest you try again now, he should be home.
Hope this is of help.

Glove box infills
I don't think I was dreaming, but at the 2014 national I'm sure I remember someone selling infills for the
glove box on which to mount gauges. I would like to contact them. Does anyone please know who it was.
Thanks.

I would like to get as much of the grease, oil, underseal and general muck off in order to complete a full evaluation of the shell condition. What do people recommend? I have a pressure washer, but th...

Re: Indicator Issue
O.K progress is this; no matter what I do with the earth wire, it does not make a difference, however if I earth the new unit seperately......it works. Why is this? there was no seperate earth to this unit before, and the fitting looks the same. So the problem has gone away, but I don't undrstand it...

Re: Indicator Issue
Thanks, wires all check out correctly. Going with the earth fault, I've started by removing/cleaning the one on the same side wing. Sorry to sound dim, but is it a case of working through all the earth connections, or is there a better way? I've also tried reconnecting the old light unit and the fau...

Indicator Issue
Help please, I've just replaced a rusty old side light/indicator unit with a new one. However instead of the indicator working the side light flashes. I'm sure I've put the connectors back as they were and I've even tried swapping, but to no avail. What am I missing? any help would be very much appr...
