Where should the chassisnumber be on a 1950 series MM?
This because I found a plate hiding a square hole, as if someone cut something out in the past. The hole is (looking from the front) on the rhs on the bulkhead, halfway down.
So my car was nicked in the past perhaps....
I also found more Platinum grey bits on the car, all the previous owners were too lazy to remove the bonnet hinges

Yes it does, that bulkhead is so nice and shiney, I can see no number on the RHS. Is the number just on the normal place below the throttle cable?
