fitting the loom

anyone got tips or advice on fitting the loom, just looking at it gives me a headache, got one made for the last moggys 1971, so its got indicators ,alternator ect..., but i want to keep the pull start and run flashers off trafficator switch, traffys will be sealed around their edges with black mastic so not i9n use,cheers steve :-?

Nice piccies Steve! Best bet with a loom is to start at the big hole where it goes through the bulkhead (widest part of the loom), then run the wires into place (behind dash, under car, into engine bay, etc) Then connect up! Sounds easy doesn't it? :wink:

thats the way i re wired my van, took all of 4 hours , if you are methodical and identify with the wiring diagrams it all becomes quite clear, there are obvious connections, do these first and then sort out the ones you are not sure of
