telling an original convertable

hi i was wondering if anyone could help me
i have a morris minor convertable and i was wondering if it is an original or not
as far as i could make out the chassie number began with : FCA
if theres any other ways of telling as well i would be intrested

any help would be appreciate thanks

yes open the door and look to see if it has the light switch on the door piller if it has its not original
bcouse that is were thay for get to change if a chop job

The curved piece between bulk head and A pillar, is it spotwelded or plug/mig welded???

I believe there is also an extra re-inforcing piece in the sill, but not sure what it looks like.

FCA corresponds to a black convertible. If it was a 2-door saloon previously (converted) then the chassis number would start with FBA
