Some people on this board have bought discounted frames with slight colour faults from Traveller Timbers and have been pleased.
Do a search on "Traveller Timbers"

I bought a discounted "2nds" side of wood from Travellers Timbers and was and is very pleased with it! Good for a working car, perhaps not for concours contenders/

I've been doing it for 20 years, is that long-term or not? Most important is to keep drain holes clear and wood protected by regular treatment. What treatment id a whole different subject and the cause of much debate !!

I have seen some wood where timber has a huge radius on the edges which I think looks odd. Don't know who makes it, but I know it isn't ST Foreman (Woodies), who I have had plenty of Traveller Kits from and always been very pleased with the standard and fit. His wood may not be the chaepest but then "you get what you pay for"
