Do the lowlights hav chrome bezels around the headlights? If so I'd like a pair, if anyone has any spare...

Sure do.
I'll swap you for some hens teeth !!

(They're not like the highlights - the headlights clip into the surrounds on the lowlights)

Well Onne, look what I finally found in my shed (click to enlarge):

I couldn't find any useable comression springs that fit over the long screws or the actual retaining clips for the headlights into the bezels.

Both these items seem to rust away - I made new clips up out of welding wire.

The chrome isn't the best but the bezels are straight. Well, they're not straight, they're round, but you know what I mean :D .

That is very nice indeed! Do you have an actual schedule or something, on how to attach them?

Wiring products has the 'w' clips for securing headlights. It is obvious how they go together when you see it.

Where can I get those W clips? Do any of the Minor traders stock them?

They are called Reflector Clips, part no. ref 0887 - pack of 4 (get 2 packs) at 84p per pack.
