G'day all,

Does anybody know if you can get replacements for the little black plastic cog, which is shown stripped here. I now have three speedo heads, all with the same damage.

Also,

Is this the correct speedo for a 1957 saloon - standard 948 engine /box?

I've never seen one with the indicator light in the speedo like this.

there is a 80 or 90 mph of this type of clock. i think it should be a 80. Willie knows about them, send him a private mess.
i may be able to get one of those gear drives.

That speedo number is for the 948cc with the 4.555:1 diff ratio.
If you have this ratio then your third gear speed should be in
excess of 55mph ( the earlier ratio was 5.375.1)
