Rear damper link arm nut size

Having bought a new rear chassis rail section from ESM, I need to bolt the rear damper link arm to it. The original nut was a castle type, but the new pin has no hole for the split-pin, so I'm going to have to use a nyloc.

Any idea what size they are?

This is what I'm on about:

why not put the nut on and drill a hole for a split pin?

Cause it's a tiny hole and drill and the chances of coming out the other side in the right place are virtually nill. Maybe if I had it in the vice and on a drill jig I might get away with it, but it's welded on the car now and I don't have time to waste mucking about when a nyloc will do the job. If no-one knows, then I'll just put the castle nut back on for the time being. It's not like the shocker link arm comes off easily anyway. :-?

CAM it is 3/8 BSF. ( I know because I had to farm out the job because
I couldn't locate a 3/8 BSF die).
