Does anyone have the two (brass/) bolts and nuts that fit to the base of the horn push.

There doesn’t appear to be any screws listed in the parts manual
Unless its different for a 55.

I expect a suitable screw could be found to do the job with some searching but I doubt anybody keeps a screw for that exact purpose anymore.

As it's something electrical they are probably a BA size, at a guess 4BA. Measure them with a calliper and compare to BA diameter chart. BA brass machine screws and nuts are still available and often used by model makers.

I think they are not illustrated as they might have come pre-assembled with part 6 on the diagram.
Apart from the Knob(2) being illustrated with an M on it (another illustration error ), that is essentially the Brown Horn Button.
I had mine apart last month, I think any suitable brass Bolts and Nuts will suffice....
