Morning all
Having lost our garage storage I am looking for recommendations for a good waterproof cover for the wife's 1955 split screen. we have to now keep it outside and with the winter fast approaching it's going to need one.
Thanks

This has been discussed numerous times. If you search the forum you will find many opinions including that car covers can do more harm than good (trapping moisture, causing the paintwork to sweat, fretting against the paintwork). A car port is a much better option if you can build one in my view.

One of those party tents are pretty good if you have the space (not the very cheap ones though, the good ones have at least 40mm diameter pipes), I used one for 3 years to keep a car inside here in south of Sweden and it worked well, we get a few feet of snow each winter and it survived that without problems.
The one in the photo is 6x3 meters and is the exact model I used, it cost £200 if I remember correct.

Thank you both. my problem is that I don't have the room for a anything that big so my options are limited.

I have one of these surplus to requirements:

Probably had two weeks use while I was reroofing my garage. Would sell for half price.
Let me know if you are interested, I am in Croydon, but could be posted I suppose.
