hi guys. just been fiddling about on my maurice and came up with a brilliant scheme. if you feel that most of the air coming out of the fan is lost through the front, i.e. doesn't get to the windscreen, try gluing some modified windscreen wiper blade rubber to the bottom of the flap, so there is more of a seal between this and the rest. i.e. more air is forced round the right way. badly explained but you'll work it out.
