Single HS4 needle for 1275 Midget engine ?

Hello, l have searched the forum topics, but l am not much the wiser for having done so. Can anyone suggest a needle (or two) that l should start with? I am using the alloy water heated 1.25" manifold (disconnected for our warmer climate here in Oz), and the cast iron twin exhaust manifold from an allegro (?). Hope experienced members will have some advice. Regards

Oops. My error, the manifold id NOT 1.25", it is 1.5" ( l am getting old, apologies).

Ohh gosh, l am really losing it ! The dual exhaust manifold is from a Metro, not Allegro. So to set the record straight,
(a) 1275 MG Midget engine,
(b) Alloy water heated 1.5" inlet manifold (water outlets will be blocked off)
(c) Metro exhaust manifold, cast iron (dual outlets).
