Morris minor 1961 van stray wire

Hi guys
Can someone please advise me on to the purpose of the brown single wire that comes straight out of the loom underneath the horn.
It is the 1961 vans original loom and the cable is just lose hanging under the original trumpet horn .
The horn has the loom going directly into it.

It's non standard, clearly fitted by a past owner and taped up to the outside of the factory loom.

You'll have to trace it back following the black fabric tape
