Best Rear lights 1969 traveller

My traveller came with the back dismantled but with new timbers.
I was trying to understand how all the bits bolting on the rear fitted together and wanted to understand which bits of tail wiring went where.
The iron work at the back seems massive for such a small vehicle but I will work through it all.
The rear wood posts have two holes each side so I guess one is side brake and the other flasher. I see these simple circular lights can be bought from ESM so I guess these are recommended?
The number plate lights need renewing, currently there is one on each side of the plate but I have seen a chrome jobbie which would look good
any advice on this please?
The plate behind the number plate is very rusty but I don't see a rear backing plate at ESM, does the one for the front fit the rear?
Thanks in advance of the usual good guidance!
