'58 Australian LCV 'ute'

I thought I'd pop this post up to hopefully grab the attention of someone more in the know about LCVs...

I'm approaching the time where I will need to start sorting out the jigsaw puzzle that is my 1958 LCV pickup / ute..
It was pulled apart over 20 years ago by a previous owner who had it bead blasted and then it was left, in bits....
I am still slowly discovering what may be missing but my biggest challenge at the moment, after I do the last of the paint work, is how to put it back together...

I've never touched an LCV before and not having the benefit of disassembly, am looking for some guidance..

So..

Am I right it that it goes 'tub' against the lower part of the car front and the cab back then sits in the tub joining the top of the cab front and sandwiches the some of the tub to the front?

Just how many rubber seals are there and where do they go? I looked at ESM and find it a little confusing (and annoying that the biggest roof one is out of stock)

There appeared to be remnants of some sort of wooden spacers?

There are obviously captive nuts for some bolts, the top is just nuts and bolts? I'm sure most are missing, what sizes are we talking?

What order do people recommend doing the assembly in?

I'm fortunate that the car had been put back on the road sometime in the years before it was again laid up... bolts are easy to undo and although stuffed again now, brakes had been done etc so it wasn't a basket case.

I filmed playing with the engine to see what it was like and if it would run and although connected, it was sitting loose in the chassis. I think the gearbox had failed and why it was parked. I ended up doing that into a YouTube 'will it run' video..

I'd be very grateful for any tips...

My van was probably a worse basket case than yours as there were many missing items. I didn't have a body book at that time but there were some "pads", strips of rubber for the contact points. I put some wing beading in the cross member behind the seats. There are parts books that can be downloaded. The wooden pieces fill the depressions that where the rear door hinges for a four door saloon.
