Morris Minor Owners Club

Afternoon all,
I’m putting together a booklet on the history of the Morris Minor (I volunteer at my local heritage society and putting together historical booklets is one of my things).
Instead of just taking photos off Google I wondered if any of you guys would be willing to share photos of your moggies that you wouldn’t mind me using in my booklet (it’s a free booklet - I won’t be making money off it).
I thought if I could include some photos, particularly with the year and the name of the car (if the car has a name) it would be a nice personal touch.

If anyone has anything they are happy for me to use please post on here or pm me. I’m assuming I can lift photos off here, if I can’t I may have to have them emailed over.

If you are happy to provide pics let me know!

Happy to oblige. This Ted the 1971 traveller resplendent in Bermuda blue taken over a few years, some with wide wheel and later without.

Here are some pictures of our 1959 Traveller 'Alfred' in Frilford Grey.

This is Maurice. Originally a white 1972 van. Converted into a pickup to work in coppicing hazel and willow for furniture making. The van chassis has been extended by 12 inches. Maurice remained in service as a commercial vehicle until 2022. Now Maurice is in retirement and receiving some TLC.

The well know Hartwells van in Bourton on the Water.
Likely not seen there again as the shop closed end of the year.

Thanks. It was quite a grey, low cloud sort of day, and it was a down a lane nearby that only leads to our local school.
It was only after I'd got him back home that I remembered the driver's side trafficator wasn't fitted...

As long as you are happy for the photos to be used I don’t mind where it’s taken! I appreciate it

Do you by any chance have a front facing view too? I mention the low light specifically so would be great to see it from both angles! No worries if not though, this is a great picture too!
