I purchased of a fellow member marina conversion for disc brakes it only came with one top hat I have accurately copied this . The problem I have is to centralise the disc in the caliper the caliper needs to come more to the outside by about 1/16 inch I realise if it was the other way you could just add a washer to make the caliper inbound but what to do to bring the caliper out
Thanks

A picture of the caliper and its mounting bracket maybe helpful to advise. Mine has marina discs, did the seller ever have them fitted?

You do not have to do anything.
The pistons of the calliper will automatically compensate for any off centre of the disc.
1/16" will not effect anything.
What you do have to do though is make sure that there is at least 0.012" clearance between the part of the top hat spacer that fits over the original Minor hub seal seat and the swivel machined face otherwise the top hat spacer will not be fully home against the shoulder so causing the bearings to sit incorrectly which will effect the positioning of the disc. You may have to machine some metal off the inner part of the top hat spacer to allow the clearance.
I would advise that when the clearances etc are sorted that the top hat spacer is Loctited onto the Minor stub axle to eliminate any possibility of the top hat spacer moving/rotating.
