What do you do when you have no garage?

I was gifted a 1953 Morris Minor (parts car) in the October...it is a total rot box
I am on leave from my shop as I decided to go to a warmer climate for the winter months. I am a gear head thru and thru, I currently have 3 older vehicles I am working on...I am in South Carolina for the next 3 1/2 months. I was of sick shoveling snow so I made the decision last winter to not shovel snow this winter. There is no garage and no projects down here (just a small efficiency apartment).
I have walked the neighborhood and up and down the main streets too...I do have a part time job but not enough to really keep me busy...
I journal and I read and play on the internet but I am grease under the finger nails kinda guy...I love working on rusty old crusty cars...
I am going thru garage withdrawals.
What do you fellow gear heads do when you don't have anything to work on??
Any insight for me for the next 3 1/2 months?
Cheers MikeC
