Just put a full set of Firestone F560 radials 155R14 from Coker, on sale for $68.29ea. Installed at Oak Hill Firestone. Austin, Tx.
30 psi. No tubes. Stock rims. A little taller than the old dry rotted Dunlop SP's that were on it for who knows how long.
The difference in ride and handling was immediate and profound. Very confidence inspiring. I think we hit 65mph on the (long) way home.
Really starting to like this little machine.
One rim was bent along the inside bead, so that one will be the spare until a new one is found, and then rotating all 5 will be possible.
