Hello from Australia. Can anyone advise me how to change the Marina disc brake hubs & studs to Morris Minor studs @ 4" PCD? I have access to a lathe and milling machine and would appreciate any advice on how to go about modifying the hubs. I am assuming some of you learned associates may have been down this path. Thank you in advance

If you have a milling machine with an indexing head you are nearly there.
The Marina studs are removed and the stud hole drilled to accept a top hat insert. The top hat insert is placed into the hole from the rear of the hub. The hole for the revised PCD is drilled in the top hat insert using the index head to determine the new 4" PCD. You can use the Marina wheel studs.
See photos below of the revised Mr Grumpys Marina hub fitted with the top hat inserts and Marina studs from which you should be able to work out what is required.

Phil, what size top hat insert would you recommend? I note that there are numerous sizes available on-line.
