Help please in finding ** MNV497 ** (Norfolk / Kings Lynn)

Hello all
25 years ago I hired a beautiful Morris Minor Convertible from a chap named Chris Horwitz based near North Finchley, London. He was a church administrator (I believe) and hired out his small collection of Minors using a business called 'A Minor Affair.
I hired a 1955 Green Convertible (MNV 497) and Chris drove us from our Wedding reception to our hotel.
It's our 25th Wedding Anniversary this year and I'd love to know where the car is and who owns it etc and possibly see it again.
I can tell from online checks it's MOT expired back in 2017, but it is on a SORN, so tells me it is likely shut away in a garage / storage somewhere.
The last clues I have for the car is that is was in the Norfolk / Kings Lynn area, so either a new owner or Chris moved to that area.
Any help appreciated. I attach a picture from our wedding day with the car (it was at night!)
