More often than not I get this message when I try to search the forums. Is it just me?

Does it then work OK after 4 seconds? I have seen the message perhaps twice in 20+ years.
Does it make any difference whether yo are logged in or not?

It’s not always 4 seconds - sometimes it says 5 or 6. Sometimes it lets me in on the next try, but sometimes I get the message again a couple more times. It doesn’t seem to matter if I’m logged in or not. It’s not a massive problem…I just wondered.

Never had it in the 8 years I've been here.
99.9% of the time I'm using the desktop PC, generally only use the phone if away from home for a day or more.

Could it be 'phone browser' related...

Though, I thinking about it, I don't 'search' much, I'm usually just looking at 'new posts' or following notification links.

Just tried on Android phone and its working for me.
Where you on pc or phone.

On an iPhone.

My Android phones have had this feature for well over a decade...

Honestly I have no idea! It may be something you can choose to show, but I can’t say that I have ever felt that I needed to know when my phone would be charged
