Added Benefits Of Restoration Project

Hi all,
My 1958 Tourer restoration project is well underway and I have just discovered an added benefit by deciding to take apart my 1958 Morris Minor Tourer.
It’s given me the confidence to tackle simple tasks on my work vehicles and my wife’s car. Previously, and this may sound crazy, but I had never carried out a service on my Ford Ranger trucks or my wife’s Seat Arona. Last week I completed all three, and of course saved myself a nice amount in labour charges that have now gone into the restoration fund.
My continued thanks to everyone sharing their experience and freely offering up advice with my restoration project.

She's a beauty, Stewart! I'm doing a '57 US import 2dr myself, a mongrel of bits from her and two 1960 donor cars. Looking forward to seeing your progress!
